
Several different locations are online bookable with TIMIFY? You want to keep track of all locations with just a few clicks and manage your appointments and resources?
TIMIFY offers the perfect solution with the possibility to switch back and forth between several TIMIFY accounts and thus get access to the relevant data.
In the following we will show you how you can set up your accounts and resources in such a way that you can change your accounts as you wish WITHOUT having to log in again:
Step 1
Register your TIMIFY accounts or create your resources with the same e-mail address in the respective accounts between which you and/or your employees want to switch back and forth:
Example 1:
Location A is registered with the same email address (test@firma.de) as location B

Example 2:
Your employee(s) are added to both TIMIFY accounts with the same e-mail address (max@mustermann.de) (e.g. for possible part-time activities or different shifts in different locations

Step 2
As soon as all accounts have been registered and the respective resources have been created and confirmed (via TIMIFY confirmation link sent to the each account/resource e-mail address), the arrow for account switching will appear in the upper left section of the menu bar:

When selecting the arrow, you and your resources will then be shown exactly those locations, for which you all are also added with your e-mail address.

ℹ️ ATTENTION
There is no limit on how many accounts you can add in order to switch back and forth. But please be aware of that there is NO automatic synchronization of e.g. customer, appointment or resource data between the accounts. A booked appointment for Wednesday, 10 a.m. for employee Max Mustermann at location A is therefore not automatically displayed in the calendar of location B although Max Mustermann is also stored as a resource here!

If you have locations in several countries or regions and you are using the TIMIFY Branch Manager to manage those, an account switch between the individual branch managers is also possible according to the same logic mentioned above.
